By accessing and using GulfSafari's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Tour Modifications

GulfSafari reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, desert safari activities involve inherent risks. Participants engage in activities at their own risk. GulfSafari is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during tours.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. Pregnant women, individuals with back problems, or those with serious medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking.
